Rah , i feel like having a pet hamster and name it Boyfriend .

Okay , ._.

She didn't know what to say.

She stood there like a concrete statue. Hard and stoic.

"Jes," He looked at her. His eyes glistened with fresh tears. "Listen to me." Those three words pierced her fragile heart. Listen to you? Can't you listen to me for once?

As if he heard her, he smoothed her stiff face with his thumb, whispering, "I'm sorry." Her dazed eyes suddenly became red. Her gentle, pretty fingers shoving his thumb away.

Her sealed lips opened up to a snarling growl. "You think sorry heals everything? You think I'm so vulnerable just to give in and forgive what you did?" Her hot tears dripped endlessly from her ocean eyes.

He looked at her. Nothing came out. Only he knew that his face spoke his thoughts, regrets and helplessness.

"I can't believe you. I thought you loved me." She stood up, her legs numb from sitting for hours. She breathed in and gasped in her cries. She covered her mouth, like to keep in all her sorrows from escaping, rather suffering. Her chest heaved up and down. I must well just end my life now, right?

Again, it seemed her could hear her, and quickly held her arms, squeezing. No, Jes. We can survive it together.

She let out a laugh, nearly falling with her wobbly limbs.

Survive? What do you think this is? An adventure in some dense jungle?

He read her thoughts so easily like a book pasted on her face. He painfully tried to smile, but she saw his true emotions through him.

Sorry, but i don't want to suffer. She carefully took out a shiny metallic revolver from her sling bag. Tough yet lovely.

His eyes popped out. "Jes, what are you doing?!" He snatched away the killer thing from her petite hand. "Give it back, dear. If you love me, you would understand why i want to do it." Hearing that, his expression from sadness, pained.

"I don't understand, dear." He bit his lower lips, trying not to breakdown. He suddenly had a flashback, of he and Jes at the swimming pool.

"Jes!" He swiftly catched her in his strong arms. She laughed. "Oh, Kevin." She put her lips against his, and pulled away. "You're just to good to be true." Now, he laughed. "I'm your average guy, nothing special." She showed her absoutely amazing teeth. "I think you're a super guy, super special." They both let out a roar of laugher. It was only him and her there.

"You know what, Kev?" She lay on the sunchair, staring at the blue cloudless sky. "I feel like i'm in a dream and all of this are just a dream too." She turned to her side, seeing his face. "Me too." She continued. "And, like if i could just kill myself now, i could wake up in reality." He immediately got up from his chair. "What?" Shocked, he went to her and held her head in his hands. "Do you know how precious you are to me? How that if you're gone, it's not worth living at all?" He watched her expression go from blank to an incongrous smile. "Silly, i was joking." She pulled his hands away, and put hers on his. "Just that, it seems so easy and simple to end my life and go to that better place, you know. Like where there's nothing wrong and stressful, with everything perfect." She gazed up. "Oh no, it's gonna' rain. Better go in now, Kevin." She grabbed her towel and ran into the shelter.

He did not move, and stared at the ominous skies, waiting for lightning to strike him. He wanted to forget what he had just heard from her perfect girlfriend, but had already sunk deep into his heart.

"You know, i don't understand, dear." and he slowly walked to the shelter, the rain disgusing his tears.

She repeated, "Give it back." and he unknowingly returned it to her. "I want to make this quick, Kev. Help me." He was confused. She was making this like it was nothing, no big deal. Just a shot, and bang. Dead. And what the hell? Help her to kill herself? He looked at her. She was still the beautiful, elegant Jes, the same as always. Her eyes also gaze at him. He was still the charming, strong Kevin, the usual. They had been together for months. Nothing could keep them apart, but now between the close space, there was an invisible barrier. They didn't understand each other anymore. Didn't even know each other anymore. Both strangers.

Fine, i will do it myself.

She held the gun up to her temple, her index on the trigger. Then, a throbbing thought at the back of head, made way. What if there was actually a way, a solution? Just like what he said?

No, still i would have to suffer.

"Kevin," He was off spacing, when she called his name. He looked up, sure she was going to stomp at him. "Hold me for the last time."

He stared at her blankly, but did it. It felt ordinary. It seemed like nothing was going to happen and he still had her, safe. He rested his head on her left shoulder. "Please."

Sorry. She smiled for the last time. Baby, stay strong for me. I love you.

Her last words broke him, shards of glass cutting through him. Then, a deafening sound came in seconds, and the next thing he knew it, she lied in his arms, cold and frail. Blood gushing out.

No, no! This isn't happening. He hesitated, calling her name several times. He held her head. Her eyes were closed, her lips were already pale. He traced it with his pinkie, like he usually did. She would have giggled and said it was ticklish. Nothing.

I won't be without you, Jes. His hand shaked nervously at the scary thing he held. It had such unexplainable reverance to its shape and yet it can so easily be dismantled and be destroyed. He was ambivalent to do.

He placed it on his temple too, breathing in a full amount of oxygen. Here i come, dear. Another deafening sound echoed through the empty house. He could feel the pain surging in his veins, spreading. His heart slowly failing, blood flowing.

Then, he felt an incongrous sense of sweetness in this pain. Then, everything disappeared.

P.s everything is fictional. EVERYTHING, EVERYONE (:
